A high school diploma with on the job training. Bachelor degree in finance, business or economics for commercial employment. Mortgage brokers must be licensed in each state.

Real Estate Agent
Help people preview buy, sell and rent properties. Broker are licensed to manage their own real estate businesses. Sales agents must work for a broker to be able to transact real estate deals.

Job Workload
Mostly a self employment business coupled with long work hours and irregular schedules.

Real Estate Agent Requirements
State requirements dictate that each real estate broker or agent must be licensed. High school diploma with age requirement to be at least 18 years old and passing of predetermined real estate courses to obtain a state issued license.

Annual wage was $41K mostly earned through commissions.

Employment Expectation
11% growth from now to 2020. Due to economic developments this will definitely fluctuate but the silver linning is the fact that this type of investing is the American way so the jobs will be there for those who are aggressive and knowledgeable in this business.

Value estimators of real estate property with everything built on it before a sale.

Job Workload
A 50/50 split in office work and in the field work. Full time job during regular business hours.

Real Estate Appraiser Requirements
At least an associate degree for basic real estate like residential with a bachelor degree for commercial property valuation and estimation. Also must be licensed by state.

Annual wage was $49K in 2017.

Employment Expectation
Expected to grow 7% from now to 2020. It looks like the real estate market is undergoing a reevaluation of it's self so this will be a decent occupation to follow. As with it all, the more education and knowledge will be rewarded with steady and better compensation.
